We specialize in transforming AI-generated prototypes from tools like Lovable, Cursor, Bolt, v0, Replit, and Claude into production-ready applications.

Service Engagement

Booking and Scheduling

Services must be booked through our website or by contacting us directly. We will provide a scope of work, timeline, and pricing before commencing any project. A written agreement or purchase order may be required for certain services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information and access credentials
• Timely communication and feedback during the engagement
• Ensuring they have necessary rights to code being audited
• Implementing recommended security fixes in production environments

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

• Payment is due upon completion of services or as outlined in the agreement
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other agreed payment methods
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your agreement
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to our refund policy

Intellectual Property Rights

Client Code and Materials

All code, materials, and intellectual property provided by the client remain the property of the client. We claim no ownership rights to your original work.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive all agreed-upon deliverables including audit reports, code improvements, and documentation. We retain the right to use anonymized project examples for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information, code, and project details as confidential. We will not disclose, share, or use your information for any purpose other than providing the agreed services. All team members sign non-disclosure agreements. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of our engagement.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Warranties

We warrant that:

• Services will be performed with professional care and expertise
• Work will conform to industry standards and best practices
• Deliverables will match the agreed scope of work

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond the express warranties stated above. We do not guarantee that our recommendations will prevent all security vulnerabilities or that your application will be free from defects. Security is an ongoing process, and new vulnerabilities may emerge over time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for damages resulting from client's failure to implement recommendations
• We are not liable for third-party actions or security breaches post-audit

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuditMyVibe, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement:

• By mutual written agreement
• For material breach with 30 days' written notice
• Immediately for non-payment or violation of confidentiality

Upon termination, payment is due for all services rendered up to the termination date.

No Security Guarantees

While we provide expert security analysis and recommendations, we cannot guarantee that your application will be completely secure or free from vulnerabilities. Security is an evolving landscape, and new threats emerge constantly. Clients are responsible for ongoing security monitoring and updates.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Submit malicious code or content to our systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Third-Party Tools and Services

We may recommend or use third-party tools, libraries, or services in our work. We are not responsible for the functionality, security, or availability of third-party services. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of any third-party services you choose to use.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms
